Our Registered Dietitians take a science based, holistic approach to nutrition. We believe that focusing on real food and eating mindfully can foster a healthy relationship with food and your body while improving both physical and mental health. We focus on providing practical and individualized nutrition education to help you meet your goals while living a full and healthy life.

In the state of Missouri, Medical Nutrition Therapy may only be provided by a Registered Dietitian.
